The Port) is a 60-acre advanced biomanufacturing (including GMP/cGMP) opportunity, allowing life science users to have dedicated biomanufacturing space only 2.5 miles away from BioSpace at The Bridge District at the Port of West Sacramento. The development site is also conveniently located to several freeway onramps: 3 miles to I-80 and 7 miles from I-50. Blue Rise Ventures will act as the operating partner by providing design lead, construction oversight, marketing, leasing, and supervisory property management for the 1M SF ground-up biomanufacturing development, in partnership with Fulcrum Property.
