2000 Trade Zone is a cutting-edge, four-story advanced manufacturing building within Trade Zone Park in the heart of Silicon Valley. Trade Zone Park includes 2000 Trade Zone, two four-story data center buildings (~522K square feet), a parking garage, related utility infrastructure, and a 91 MW backup generating facility. Blue Rise Ventures will serve as the operating partner, overseeing the design of the tenant improvements, marketing, leasing, and property management for the 136,000-square-foot building, in partnership with Blue Owl Capital. Warm shell construction is slated for completion in August 2025.
