Building Equity Beyond

Blue Rise Ventures

As a real estate operator and fiduciary with a growing platform, we are dedicated to using our position and resources to build equity beyond our company. We pledge to continue dedicating our efforts to promoting equity in our partnerships and supporting community organizations with the same mission.

— Partnerships

Industry change begins from the inside out. As a company, we are committed to taking steps on advancing diversity within the commercial real estate industry. For us, this starts with who we partner with. We are selective with who we do business with and how we allocate our resources.

Our partnerships with our brokers, consultants, contractors, and vendors mirror this commitment to DEI. In parallel, we also hold our partners to this shared commitment to diversity in their culture, talent, and marketplace.

— Community

We strive to be responsible stewards in our community by actively participating in and supporting charitable initiatives where we live and work.
