Project Highlights
Golden Gate is a Bay Area portfolio of 20 industrial and R&D buildings totaling 1.3 million square feet in Santa Clara, San Jose, Milpitas, Fremont, and Oakland, CA. The portfolio offers a unique blend of industrial, warehouse, R&D, and office spaces with suites ranging from 1,100 to 70,000 square feet. This extensive range presents an opportunity to create a campus community, allowing existing tenants to naturally expand within the portfolio. BRV will actively pursue avenues for further enhancements and injecting capital into the portfolio where necessary.
This project marks the 5th joint venture between DRA Advisors and Blue Rise Ventures since 2017, with BRV assuming the role of the operating partner for this portfolio at the time of acquisition in May 2024.
